Live picker
One click turns your cursor into a system-wide eyedropper: sample any visible pixel in any app, on any monitor. Zero permissions required.
No install · No permissions · 100% local
Your IDE, a video, a design file, a PDF, a second monitor — if a pixel is visible, you can grab its color, even outside the browser window.
Picked colors are stored here (locally only) — click one to copy it again.
One tool that covers every browser.

Freeze a frame of any tab, window or screen, then pick at your own pace with a 10× magnifier. Works in Firefox and Safari too.
Pop out a tiny window with just a pick button and the result, so nothing covers what you are sampling outside the browser.
Hit the button on the page, or press the P shortcut.
The browser hands control to the system; a magnified preview follows your cursor.
Inside or outside the browser, on any monitor — if you can see it, you can sample it.
Copied in your configured format and stored in the local history at the same time.
Chromium browsers get the full magic; Firefox and Safari are covered by the screenshot picker. Nobody is left out.

Firefox and Safari have not implemented the live picker. On those browsers use the screenshot picker — it is built on the universally supported getDisplayMedia API (Chrome 72+, Firefox 66+, Safari 13+).
When sampling colors outside the browser, the main window can cover your target. The mini window is a tiny popup you can park in a corner of the screen — just a pick button and the result. Colors picked there sync back to the main window history in real time.
No. Picking, conversion and history all happen locally in your browser (localStorage); no network request ever carries your data. The site itself is fully static and open source.
